ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Born and brought up in Stonehouse, local author John Young is married with two children and is employed in local government as a graphic designer. As an active member of many community organisations and campaigns he has taken an enthusiastic interest in researching and recording the history of Stonehouse through his publications, case brief definition, local talks and guided walks.
